50-State Physician Organizing

Our 50-State Network brings together health care professionals nationwide to push for improving patient care, protecting public health, and ensuring access to essential services.

By collaborating with physicians in every state, we amplify the voices of those on the front lines of health care and address the unique challenges faced by diverse patient populations in different regions.

We're advocating for accessible, affordable, & equitable health care by organizing physicians in all 50 states.

By leveraging our vast network of physicians in all the states, we work to create positive health care change at both the state and federal levels.

Our experienced organizing team connects physicians of all backgrounds to relevant and effective techniques for educating and advocating for their patients outside the exam room.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

Reproductive Freedom Landscape

We believe every individual should have access to comprehensive reproductive health care, regardless of their state or zip code.

In 2024, more than 6,000 doctors across the country came together to share why the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act is instrumental for protecting emergency abortion care in a post-Roe America.

Site-Neutral Payments

Patients shouldn’t be charged more for the same health care services just because they receive them at a hospital-owned facility, but as hospital systems consolidate and buy up independent physician practices, this issue of affordability is only getting worse.

That’s why we educate policymakers by deploying doctors to talk about the importance of site-neutral payment solutions
